The vision for this home was to evoke a loft-like atmosphere—open, airy, and free from the constraints of conventional walls. The design maximized natural light and created a strong connection to the adjacent park. By carefully balancing volume, lightness, and textural warmth, the main living area flows effortlessly to the exterior, with light flooding in from both sides.

The feature stair, substantial in form, acts as a sculptural screen that separates living from dining, maintaining a sense of openness without obstructing light. Concrete, walnut, and Carrara marble, along with an iconic fireplace and subtle hints of color, reinforce the home's modernist character. The result is a true reflection of the client: open, comfortable, and calming.
