Furniture Shipping: Soon we will be able to offer shipping directly to your office or home! Until that time, once you have completed your online purchase in our store, we will contact you and work with you to arrange the best option for shipping. Please note that we only sell furniture within Canada.
Lifestyle Products are shipping via Canada Post and we can ship those just about anywhere in the world.
Return & Exchange Policy
We don't accept returns unless an item was received damaged or defective.
When your furniture order is delivered, it is required that you inspect the packaging before you sign for the shipment.
If there is ANY visible damage to the packaging, you must note it on the shipping forms with the carrier at the time of delivery. Take photos of the furniture, the shipping form, and email them to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will get back to you and work with you to resolve the issue, and if necessary, get you a replacement.
